Your personal data will only be forwarded or otherwise transmitted to third parties if this is allowed by law, in particular for the purposes of processing a contract (e.g. forwarding of orders for processing) or if you have previously consented to such forwarding, processing or other use of your personal data. Duration of storage:
We store and process personal data of clients and prospective clients for as long as this is necessary for the fulfilment of our contractual and legal obligations. It should be noted that the business relationship with our clients is a recurring obligation intended to last a number of years. As soon as the client provides us with personal data and we have entered into a contractual relationship with them and performed financial services on that basis, we as a company are subject to duties of archiving, documentation and disclosure under commercial, tax and supervisory law that also encompass client data. These periods can last two to ten years.
When data are not or no longer needed for the fulfilment of contractual or statutory obligations, they are normally erased unless their further processing (for a limited time) is required for evidential purposes during limitation periods (up to 30 years), provided that their storage beyond the statutory retention periods is in the overriding legitimate interest of the company pursuant to Art. 6(1) (f) GDPR.
